VIP Club Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). Back To VIP
|
Q. |
How is VIP designation determined? |
|
A. |
VIP status is based on wagering activity during designated quarterly periods. Annual
upgrades are made based on wagering activity during the previous year. |
|
Q. |
What are the quarterly/annual qualifying periods? |
|
A. |
Members may qualify for VIP status at the end of each calendar quarter. |
|
Q. |
What if I have questions about my status? |
|
A. |
If you have questions about your VIP status, ask your local Hoosier Park Rewards
representative to get you in touch with the Hoosier Park Rewards’ Club Manager. |
|
Q. |
Can I drop down a level if my wagering activity falls off? |
|
A. |
Not during the calendar year. Once you have reached a VIP level, you have the ability
to move up, but you will not move down during the calendar year. All evaluations
for the beginning of 2008 are based on activity throughout 2007.
